Sunset Valley Organics | Blueberry Recipes for salads
Blueberries in salads add a great taste and splash of color.
Fresh blueberries in season are great, but dried blueberries, or
half-thawed frozen blueberries are an equal treat, and add such a
wonderful taste. Just toss a handful on with your favorite
nut and a light dressing, no recipe needed.
We grow our organic blueberries differently to make them a

Measurements = T – Tablespoon t – teaspoon c – cup
Diane's Throw Together Salad
- romaine lettuce
- carrots
- celery
- mushrooms
- sunflower seeds
- 2 apples
- 2 pears
- pineapple
- Sunset Valley Organics' dried blueberries
- Dressing: Raspberry Vinaigrette
Chop and mix together as much or as little as you like of above
ingredients. (Add apples and pears right before serving so they
won't turn color)
