Ever since I have been involved with our blueberry operation (1977 when I married Bob) I have been saving Blueberry recipes. Now I have the chance to share with you. These Blueberry recipes have been collected from family, friends, the internet, books and magazines. I hope you will enjoy them as much I have collecting them.
Measurements = T – Tablespoon t – teaspoon c – cup

3 cups blueberries 3/4 cups sugar 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice 3 cups cold water Ice cubes
1. Place the blueberries and sugar in a blender and puree.
2. Place the lemon juice and water in a pitcher and strain the pureed blueberries through a mediummesh sieve into the pitcher.
3. Stir well and pour into tall icefilled glasses
"I bought some of your frozen blueberries and they are delicious, the best I have ever had. (Love them on my cereal in the morning.) "
