We do not make a profit on shipping and packaging. All items are shipped via a quality shipper in good packaging to ensure it arrives to you presentable, safe and edible, and the above costs reflect our costs. Non-frozen shipped items will be sent USPS or FedEx ground and will arrive between 5-10 business days. Please email us before placing your order if you would like expedited shipping, so we can be sure to handle it specially for you.
*All Orders require a signature upon delivery. If you do not wish to have a signature, please mention it in the Shipping Instructions.

All non frozen products will be sent by US Postal Service Priority Mail.

Shipping Frozen Blueberries:
Frozen products are generally shipped separately by 2 day air, packed with dry ice, and special packaging and shipping is included in the pricing quoted. Frozen Savings: If you are in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Colorado, Nevada or California we can ship FedEx ground depending on temperature. Call us for Savings!

Overseas Orders:
We can ship overseas. If you would like shipment elsewhere (as allowed by agriculture departments), please contact us for pricing and details. This will only be shipped by USPS.
Returns
Products that are delivered in damaged condition: If you receive a shipment that was damaged during transit or arrives in unsatisfactory (unfrozen) condition, please accept delivery and contact us immediately.
Customers that are disappointed with product received, please contact us ASAP. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
